Thats right, your not getting enough sleep if you feel like you can't get up. Period. Even if you are sleepin 7-8 hrs a night and still feeling that way, you need to try and get an extra hour if you can, or take a nap throughout the day. That helped me a lot. I love to use dressings, and as long as you chose a nice, light low calorie dressing, and follow the serving size, you should be good!
