I'm the same, the last 2 or 3 days. This morning got up had breakfast and only did about 700 steps and it has given me +700 calories. I've tried unlinking Fitbit and relinking but it's not changed!

I've started back this week too. You're right, keep in mind that it gets easier and focus on how good you felt when you lost weight. I find the patience part the hardest, I just want to see the scale start moving in the right direction. Maybe that should be a goal for me, Must work on being more patience :smile:

For me with anything that makes me anxious I have to push myself for my mind and body to realise that nothing bad is going to happen. As someone has already recommended I use this site - http://www.bbcgoodfood.com You can filter by vegetarian but sometimes I follow the meat recipes and replace the meat with quorn or veggies. Some of my favourites are Sweet potato dhal pie, beetroot risotto, spicy carrot and lentil soup.
