Treadmills are great. Wake up an hour earlier & jump on. You have to make time. We have to work our bodies everyday.

I do low carb too. I say enjoy that fresh watermelon & pineapple & go back on plan tomorrow.

Focus on one thing that works for you. I stay focused on excercise every day & eating healthy but low carb. Pretty soon it becomes habit & it's easy. Just stay focused.

For years I have eaten a nutrition bar, lately Adkins bc I'm doing low carb. I eat a bar w/black coffee & 2 calci. chews.

Drink a lot of lemon water & cut out your salt. You probably ate too much salt. Don't beat yourself up over the # on the scale. Just keep on keeping on & you will do this!
