  • I have gained 4 lbs and I am 7 months along, our little guy made me very sick the first 22 weeks of pregnancy so I am finally starting to gain some weight. I had lost 30 lbs prior to pregnancy. I have been logging daily now so I hope that I can control my weight gain a little bit.

  • I have not had the greatest success freezing it, it tends to be gritty with crystals. Instead I roast bananas, cut them into chunks and then freeze them. When you want ice cream, just throw the frozen chunks into a blender, and it makes banana soft serve. YUM!!!!

  • I buy the extra lean ground turkey and I shred zucchini into egg whites and worchestershire sauce and mix it all together....they taste and amazing and they are far from dry...top with avocado, cheese, and tomato.

  • We make our own chips by using torn pieces of whole wheat pita pockets. We just place them on a cookie sheet, spray with olive oil cooking spray and then cover with chili and garlic powder.   • Swimming is an excellent way to enjoy pain free exercise. I would strongly recommend chiropractic and massage in conjuction with your workouts. Both help with the reduction of pain and inflammation so hopefully you can get a little more exercise in. Good luck!
