I am sure it is awesome, but I can only eat about 20 met carbs a day. But I still want to know if it is good because I would make it for my family.

I remember the very first time I tried a low carb diet. It was in 1985, when I was in college. I lost 22 pounds in TWO WEEKS..... then I didn't lose any weight at all for 6 weeks. I agree, BPC is wretched. Just wretched. Now ( as of today ) I use coconut oil, and a tiny bit of SF syrup, and no cream at all.

Real olive oil will almost solidify if put in the fridge. The more pure it is, the harder it gets. Even the Costco brand ( Kirkland ) is pretty much real olive oil from my test.

Well, I wanted to make these for dinner tonight ( wife is not going to be home, so I don't have to cook a big meal ).... but both my kids said they don't like corn dogs... so tomorrow, I will cut the recipe by half, and enjoy them at lunch.

I hear you. Diabetic Magazine has recipes with up to 65 carbs per portion in it. That is pretty close to what many eat in the SAD.

Yes, my daughter has it and used to use it. A more fun one is called Zombies Run! ( I think ) You get chased by zombies, and you have to run until you "lose them", but they find you again, so you have to run again. There is a moderator yelling at you that the zombies are closing in, and not to let them catch you.

Well, today was my first time even trying to run in 20+ years... I did 35 minutes, with 2.5 minutes of running.

Yessir... I used to bike ride 100 miles a week 20 years ago. Would like to get back to that number.

I don't necessarily hit 10K a day.... but.... I play a lot of games on my computer. Every 15 minutes I go up and down my 2 flights of stairs 5x. There are days I do 50 flights of stairs.

I mentioned the pan because I saw an infomercial where cheese did stick to a pan.... but if it works without non stick, cool.
