Didn't eat breakfast today...went out to get a couple of grocery items instead. Logged my lunch though.

Anyone? Anyone? Bueller?

Hi Michael! I've been doing MFP since January but the past couple of months I've been just....losing track. So I will support you if you support me! I'm 28 and recently married, and my husband is on MFP too!

For me, its my father. He's Chinese...my mother is Canadian...so there is a definite cultural gap between my father and I. My dad has ALWAYS been on me about my weight since I was young....I just brush it off anymore. Now that I live in the UK, and he's back home in Canada, its a little bit easier to dodge the bullet...but…

Since I'm a Canadian, living in the UK...I do both now since I can tell my folks back home...and my current friends in the UK. 16lbs lost.... or 1 st. 2!

Ahhh I just finished the live action Death Note movie...still need to finish the series...gaaaah that series! It's so amazing! I see you don't have Avatar: The Last Airbender on there...but then again you may not qualify it as anime.
-
Zelda: Ocarina of Time has great replayability. I still remember when I first met a skulltulla...how I screamed...and how my best friend's dad laughed and laughed...
-
Baaaah seems to still not be working. At least you made it work, Cupcake. ETA: BEHOLD! I have conquered the internets!

......sorry I got sidetracked by the sexiness of northfresh's pic....what was the question again?
-
And then this is what I made immediately after seeing the gif. And I don't seem to know how to add an image in here correctly.
-
Oh...dear...Jesus yes. That gif is.......sinful.

^ This. It's called the Internet. Don't take it too seriously now, Gwen. And don't be a drama queen by starting threads like these ;)
-
George RR Martin's " A Dance with Dragons 2: After the Feast ". Half way through.
-
Book: Currently reading the last book in the Game of Thrones series which I highly recommend. TV Shows: Breaking Bad, Game of Thrones, Dexter, Doctor Who, Arrested Development.

If they were, I'd make it a point to wake up in the middle of the night and raid my fridge :D

OMG I HAD QUICHE TOO! I saw it in the supermarket yesterday....a crustless quiche....200 cals for a quarter. I was like, " Yoink!" But I paired mine with an apple this morning. Have to say...the quiche went down a lot easier than the apple ;)

Some people I'm sure don't understand other people's 'desires' and 'needs'. When I was a kid, my dad totally did not allow us to buy any snacks in a cinema, seeing as how pricey it was. I STILL don't buy snacks in a cinema, I'd rather bring something - buuut if you DON'T bring anything and you have a hungry tummy, it can…

What about a portioned bag of crisps? That way you don't eat more than what's in the small, individual bag, and you can get really great ones that at 120 cals, or even 100 cals or less. That way you're not eating boring old health food, but still not breaking your goal! :D That's what I've transitioned to anyways, and I'm…
-
ALL OF THEM. Hoping that will change soon. :)

I have been doing this for 40 days now...I would NOT have made it past day 1 without having 'unhealthy' foods every now and then. My biggest 'need' are crisps...so instead of having regular crisps now, I go for the low cal ones. My boyfriend eats more chocolate now than he did before we started counting calories....which…

Eat normal sized portions without feeling like I'm starving.
-
Sometimes twice a day. Morning and night - I keep it on a calendar on my wall. I only add my morning weight to MFP though....and usually every day. I know some people say you should only weight once a week...but for me its easier/more rewarding to see it every day.
-
This. Although I'm sad that your overweight friends were so mean. I would never do that to someone I know had worked so HARD to get into shape.
-
Like I said, you probably don't intend to sound preachy...and you probably aren't! But for some overweight people (like myself), its an extremely emotional subject. I actually just read my previous post to you out loud to my boyfriend and burst into tears...also showing him an amazing, kind worded email that someone sent…
-
You can add me :) Hope to help motivate you! And my boyfriend is doing this with me and he loses faster than me too haha, it makes me angry!
-
Would probably be too shy to flirt. Buddies, but would have secret crush!
-
I might be able to offer some input on this...and maybe you had the same feelings as a bigger girl, or maybe you didn't. If you didn't...you're lucky. I'm a big girl obviously..and I've just begun my weight loss journey. But before I started....any talk about losing weight/exercise would make me feel extremely…
-
Oh man, you're still considered overweight in that newest photo? I think you look amazing! I can't wait to get a success story like yours!
-
I'm pretty new at all this but you mentioned being able to eat extra calories because of your exercise. I'd reccomend not eating those extra calories, and not going by what MFP says when you enter in 'walking' and the amount of calories you burn. I went to the gym Sunday for the first time...was on the stationary bike for…

Thank you guys, for your words of encouragement. I didn't make it to the gym last night as it was pretty cold and sleeting. I felt terribly guilty about not going...I even had a little minor breakdown about it, but I expect my hormones are all up and about due to diet and that time of the month and just general mental…
