  • I love spin and pump classes. I also enjoy running and weight training! I keep mixing it up so I never get bored! Last night I ran out of time and was the last one out.....but only managed to burn 500....was not happy!
  • I was on 1600 but was struggling to eat all my calories and was feeling horrid. I was eating to make the numbers up!! I am now in 1400. My minium burn numer is 600. If I don't burn 600....I don't go home!!!
