I'm planning on burning 600 Calorie by the time I go to bed.......what's your goal?

    I burned 900 calories before 9am trying to aim for 500 or more 6 days a week.

    I try to burn at least 900 daily. About 400 or so in the morning before work and 500 in the evening in the GYM.

    My goal is to burn over 750 a day at least 4 times a week. I've burned 313 so far this morning and will walk this evening when I get home.

    I don't really check the amount of calories I burn, I mostly aim for a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio a day.

    I was on 1600 but was struggling to eat all my calories and was feeling horrid. I was eating to make the numbers up!! I am now in 1400. My minium burn numer is 600. If I don't burn 600....I don't go home!!!

    My daily calories are 1260 and I usually eat around 1/2 of my exercise calories to keep me sane!

    I have just been burning between 500-600 a day and taking in between 1200-1300 calories. Now, I just started last week but lost 8 pounds my first week. Great way to start. I think I will try to up my burn too!

    I love spin and pump classes. I also enjoy running and weight training! I keep mixing it up so I never get bored! Last night I ran out of time and was the last one out.....but only managed to burn 500....was not happy!
