Just seen your post. Yes I use the 10 minute solution 'blast off body fat'. They are really good workouts and have changed my body shape for the better. I do a couple three to five times a week. Good luck!

Well I don't know where my last update went! Start weight in January 68 kilos. Original goal 58 kilos. I reached my goal and feel great. Just keeping it going! Current weight: 57.3 Total lost 10.7 kilos. Goal for June 57 kilos. Hope you've all done well this month!
