Have you tried to eat more protein rich foods? Stuff like chicken, cottage cheese or peanut butter. Better N' Peanut butter is really good. i switched my whole family to it and the kids never noticed a difference! 100 cal for 2 TBS and half the fat of regular.

Yes! I hvar the same model and did the same thing. Take all the pieces to the nearest jewler and they will do it for free.

I always run at lunch time (on my lunch break at work). It gives me motivation and energy to make it through the rest of my day. I eat lunch at my desk afterwards.

I agree!!! I make the "real" brownies for my kids and the no pudge for me. Add some fat free whipped cream and the whole family can eat dessert together!!

If you did not input your weight into the cardio machine then it is basing your "calories burned" on a 150 pound person.
