I've heard it takes your body 21 days to adjust to a change so maybe if you wait it out you will feel better. I too am starving but since I've done this before I know it will get better as my stomach shrinks. Good luck!

This doesn't really solve your problem but I brush my teeth after dinner so I don't snack. That's my 'hungry' time too but I think that's a mental thing, not necessarily a physical one. I have my regular small purse and my 'movie theater purse' where I could easily fit that rotisserie chicken and large pizza in! I've yet to find a theater that sells any healthy snacks so until they do, we are on our own! Go for it!

I have a hard time with that kind of stuff too. I usually tend to log it on the higher side with the calories b/c I'd rather eat too little than too much! Or I'll take something in between the highest and lowest that I find and do that. Or I do Quick Add Calories and then under the food notes I put what I ate and how much.…

You can always put your serving size into the data base at .20, which is 1/5 of the bag if it's 100 grams. I'm a stay at home Mom so my weekends and my weekdays tend to blend! :happy: I do have to schedule my exercise on the weekends but I usually manage to fit it in. My weigh day is on Tuesday's so I can't slack over the weekend b/c I don't have enough time to compensate before I weigh!
