I have a blender bottle of 26oz. I'll fill it with iced water and down it. If I'm still hungry, then I'll eat 1 hard boiled brown egg. In the rare case when I'm still hungry, then I'll eat 1 serving of oatmeal. By now I'm stuffed full!

It works for me...that and gargling with mouthwash :) Also meditation helps..simply counting backwards from 100 or 500 if the snack craving is intense.

I would like to run early, around 5 a.m., but I'm a late riser. I am scheduled to run anytime between 6pm-8pm. i use a (home) treadmill Monday was w1d1. Right now i planning monday, thursday, and saturday.

My favorite go to dish when i dont feel like cooking is actually a cooked dish...very simple and less than 1 minute of hands on preparation. Frozen talapia, seasoned, placed in oven or on the (indoor) grill. Let cook for 20ish mins. Add to plate with salad mix from a bag, add dressing and dinner is served!
