you totally will! at the beginning on the year my goal was 1 minute. after i could do that 3 times during a mile my goal was 1 song! i got stuck there for forever but it's totally doable!

Thanks! I tried jogging a little yesterday and my shins said no after half a mile, so i guess I'll be doing this very slowly :) i guess the next goal is just repeat the mile a few more times. then i'll worry about more/faster/10ks lol Thanks everyone!!!!

i started at 184 and as of today am 156. personally i still dont *see* it but i've gone down almost 2 pant sizes so i know it's happening.

so question - should my next goal (other than being able to do this again!) be to go faster, or go longer? i dont really have any other goals because i didnt think this would happen anytime soon.

In jan I bought some new yoga shorts (for hot yoga) and within the month and a half that i've owned them i've lost so much weight i cant wear them. i wore each pair all of twice due to all the snow & ice we've gotten i havent been able to go that often. that blows since they were $35 each. i dont know what to do with them…

i like to make an "oriental" salad - i had manderine orange slices, almonds, craisons and crispy wonton strips or lo mein noodles. i also like to make a salad with apples, grapes, and blueberries with pecans.

mine stopped working for about 5 hours yesterday, then around 11:30pm it finally synced up. just checked it again tonight (5:30p) and now MFP isnt showing my steps at all today... getting kinda pissy about this.

i'm not a parent, but i remember in highschool we complained about the amount of homework and they told us to expect 1-1.5 of work per class per day. so that was 4-6 hours a night! i had a job on top of that. its a miracle i didnt drop out. i cant figure out how people did after school activities/sports. there is no time!

omg i was just thinking this same thing today! i've lost 13lbs since July 28th. and no one has noticed. my husband on the other hand has lost almost 25 and everyone can tell, and he started at 300 (i was 183)! not fair. he gets all the calories AND the compliments, AND new smaller pants and i get squat.

eat the whole pizza. and i worked at a pizzeria so i would do that 2-3 times a week. granted it was a 12 inch pie, but no one needs to eat the whole thing...
