either way i'm eating 1450. i sit at my desk all day, told it i did that when i set up my goals. now it's going to make me feel bad i went down 4 flights of steps and got on the elliptical. it should be proud of me! haha

thats really strange that it shows i only have 2000 steps, i have 3100 and that shows on the home page... i guess i'll just eat to 1450 and forget about the exercise stuff. whats an extra 25-50 calories!?

i have my stuff set at 1lb a week, sedentary, 0 days of exercise (i get 1450ish calories a day).

at 185 i'm a size 13. at 155 i was a 6. i dont think that 30lbs should double my size!!

i'm with you - i had been losing very steadily for over a year (40 pounds!) and then my husband had a massive heart attack 2 years ago and i have all but gained it all back. stress & depression are really hard to overcome sometimes. you got this. i keep trying (and failing) but at least we're trying right?!

i binged last night and ate an entire domino's medium pan pizza for dinner. 2400 calories. and i didnt even feel overly stuffed or bloated which kind of scares me

i would also double check on your blood pressure. i know when mine goes up, migraine-like headache... not full blown as i can get it to go away a lot faster than a regular migraine, but almost all the same symptoms

i cant ever see my weight loss either - i think i had hit 20lbs before i could finally see it outside of clothes being looser and i only saw it in my face, never where i wanted to.
