i'm agreeing with everyone. water weight/salt/how "regular" you are... those things can make major daily weight changes. especially if your anywhere near your time of the month too... i swear i can easily gain 5+ pounds the week prior. give it a few more weeks, you'll see how your body fluctuates and find out what's normal…

they have 3 or 4 different membership levels if you want to go a specific number of times a month - or you can pay per class but thats pricey ($28/class?). i dont remember what the membership prices were - i think the low one was 60 for 4 classes?

thats a very interesting idea - i should pay attention to my macros (at least if that craving hits). i dont sleep well, even with melatonin so maybe that would help everything a little bit anyways :)

i did 4 classes total. i couldnt even keep up and kept having to be given modifications which is really embarrassing. the first one KILLED me. like i couldnt move at all for about 3 days. it was way too hard for me - TONS of push-ups and weight workouts. then off to the rower, then off to the tredmill. repeat about…

i'm 34 and i never have energy. sometimes i just have to turn the music up really loud until you have to dance around like a loon. i also force myself to go for a walk on my lunch break, even if its just around the building because it's a million degrees out. i feel like if you stop moving, its harder to get yourself going…

i "sneak out" at work 2 or 3 times a day and walk around our compound and catch a few. i figure if people can go out for smoke breaks for 10-15 minutes multiple times a day, i can go for a 10min walk. it does help we have a pokestop in front of the building :p
