  • Woke up to a headache that went from the top of my head down my neck! Could not fathom jumping around, so I took a few ibuprofen and laid down for half hour.   • Fire 45EZ and a 30 minute walk this morning. I was allotting 90 minutes each morning for working out, now it is 75, going into work a little early each morning. Have a great day. Fire 55 is on for tomorrow morning!
