you can try cottage cheese, plain yougart w/out fruit, almonds, some cereals are low in surgar.

what about sunflower seeds?? I eat them in salad and cottage cheese... plus it adds some protein in..

I love this thread but I HATE PCOS!! Dear PCOS, I hate you with every fiber of my body.. I hate the skin tags, acne, weight gain, and the infertility!!! I will beat you.. I did once before and gained my wonderful son and i will beat you again! Sincerly, Falon

this is the Cabbage soup diet.. My grandparents do it alot... They do the diet for like 3 weeks and lose quiet a bit of weight and then stop for about a month... put the weight back on then do it all over again.. it is a cycle of ups and downs... This is just a quick fix fad diet :(

after seeing all the results i went out and bought this dvd last night along with some hand weights.. started with the 2lb ones and going to work my way up... i even took the before pictures now i can't wait to get off work and get home to do this!!
