Good-For-You Food(s) That You Can't Stand

We're all taking steps to live a healthier life and to eat better foods. There's a lot of information floating around about foods healthy diets should include. What's a healthy/healthful food that you can't stand?

Mine is yogurt. I wish I could learn to love it. I've tried a lot of brands and flavors, but they all end up tasting like sour milk0

Greek yogurt and oatmeal. I have tried them both many times and in different ways....Bleck!0

Mine are eggs of any kind. Hard Boiled egg for breakfast or snack, great protein yes, can stand to eat it or an egg in any other form NO!0

SPINACH, ASPARAGUS, AVACADOS, GREEK YOGURT IS THE WORSE, OH AND OATMEAL....YUCK!!!!0 -

Green/Red/Yellow Peppers. Even the smell makes me nauseous. Oddly, I like other kinds of peppers (jalepeno, banana peppers, etc.)0

I hate peppers! And the annoying thing is is that they're in almost everything! Grr, I can't even pick them out because they leave such a horrid taste!0

I love everything that y'all listed (except liver) so I'll eat all that you don't like if you'll eat my anchovies (yuck!!). LOL0

yogurt has a lot of sugar. not a good food to like anyways. i cant into it either. you are not alone. :-}0

greek yogurt, mushrooms, oatmeal, beets, milk, and i could go on and on0

@Kalrez - Big Ditto - Yoghurt - really want to like it but haven't come across one or acquired the taste yet.
Another is Oats as in Porridge - although :huh: had a spoonful of my Wife's this morning and I'll maybe give it another shot. Would be so good - being winter here.0 -

How about just veggies in general! :bigsmile: But I keep putting my big girl panties on and eating them anyway because I know they are super good for me and low in calories. I am slowly beginning to have less and less distain for them.0

I dislike most fruits & vegetables. And it really bugs me how everyone says we should eat organic food yet it is so overpriced! Who can afford to eat that stuff!0

Peppers, Onions, Beets, Brussels Sprouts, Squash, Asparagus, Avacado, tofu- that's all I can think of at the moment. There are lots of bad foods I cant stand either. (thankfully)0

You know I don't think my problem is foods I don't like, I like food! But giving up half & half, butter, peanut butter, pasta, salami, pepperoni, sopresato, (etc, etc) and italian bread just seems to take the joy out of life. And alcohol, did I mention alcohol? Doh!0
