Like Reese but need more protien and less cals?? smoothie...

My gym has this smoothie/protien shake they call Reeses.. it is 1 cup skim choc milk, one scoop 20gram protien powder choc or plain and 2 tbsp of peanut butter and some ice. I just tried it at home... yummi. Perhaps higher cals than fruit based shakes/smoothies... but oh SO DECADENT! Anyone have others to share?

    You can try reducing it by using Almond Chocolate milk instead of the skim. I've done things like Strawberries (and/or other berries) with pineappple and fat free yogurt. I've also experimented with mangoes and banana, so basically whatever fruit you like. You can also add some of the sugar free flavors that they add to drinks - there are a slew of them.

    I would remove the milk and use non fat or silk milk that has lower fat content or go with plain water. It likely will not be as decadent but sounds like it already has some yumminess in it.

    I make something similar with 4 oz dark chocolate almond milk, 4 oz unsweetened almond milk, 2 tbsp PB2, 1 TBSP Nutella, and 3 oz of Amanda Almondmilk Yogurt.

    most health food stores carry it. i got mine at vitamins plus
