You are exactly where I am!! Haven't gained but flatlined for sure (and lucky for that)...down 40lbs but would like another 35-50. Please send me a friend request as I need to get back to logging everything and focusing on diet-I know I can't exercise it away...:)

I have had two C-sections with the latest being 11 years ago...and its so frustrating. I was average size 10, but very athletic and being 5'9, I wasn't ever embarrassed about my weight or size or shape of my torso - until after C-sections. I've done every exercise you can imagine while losing weight over the past 10 years…

Amazing! So proud of you for reaching for your tennis shoes instead of the cake...emotional eating has always been my downfall. So happy for you! Sending FR now...

YUM! Thank you!
-
Bump - great ideas!
-
What happened to the old post? I was so confused...you miss a few days and its locked!! :) Great work everyone!
-
Sounds fantastic - I always start and then chicken out before moving up a level!!
-
Thank you so much for taking the time to post - its a great motivation tool heading into the weekend...I always look forward to having more time to exercise and get out there - just what I needed to hear! Congratulations - to you and your wife!! :)
-
Just wanted to bump for later - I will get some miles in after work today!
-
I just found this board - are you starting one for February? I would love to join!
-
I reheat my grilled chicken breast in a Steamer bag (just rinse it out and reuse) - and its super tender even the next day!
-
Bumping until later! Thanks!
-
I'm 5'8, but 5'9 in the old playbook - lol....what great motivation - keep it up everyone! I only weigh in with my doctor every two weeks, so next week will be the first - thanks for helping me stay on track! So far, MFP has been just what I needed!
-
That is fantastic! I hope I have the resilience to keep going - after a bad food day, or after a bad workout...all is not lost - there is tomorrow!! :) Super job!

Dear Shayfrom78 - I know exactly how you feel about the pictures...I experienced the same thing with my mom. She died when she was 47 and I couldn't find hardly any pictures of her, let alone with the rest of us! But yet, here I am, repeating history - I do try to take more pics with my kids, but from the neck up!! Keep up…

I understand the frustration! Heck, I've lost 100 lbs (25lbs on 4 separate occasions) - LOL - but this time is the last...getting too old for this yo-yo!
