I am 5'7 and I am shooting for 150. I am large framed. In high school I got down to 150 and that was a good place any smaller and I would have looked unhealthy because of my frame. I figure when I get close enough to it I will have a better idea.

If you have the MFP app on any smartphone you can see it like this when it pulls up at the top it says summary-daily- weekly just hit weekly.

I have been doing MFP for a week now and I also have been thinking its time to quit smoking. I feel I have been ready for a while and why not do them both at once. I also just started on Monday and I have the same problem. I posted about it a few days ago and everyone said not to worry about going over on your protein unless you have problems with i believe it was kidneys. I dont worry about it. Hope this helps

Steak n Shake Fried chicken salad with Honey Mustard is what it is according to database it is 844 calories but according to the steak n shake website it is 710 Calories

Actually its the database that's higher:laugh: and i mean I really am not struggling to stay under my calorie intake was just curious really at what everyone else would go by

Lol that wasn't what I wanted to hear! It is a 110 calorie difference :(

The gym I joined does have one free visit with a trainer I just haven't signed up for that visit yet figured I would spend a week or so going and just walking on the treadmill to build up some energy if that's possible and then let them tell me how to kick my own butt:wink:
