to much protein?

I seem to go over protein everyday :grumble: Is this a bad thing? I stay fine everywhere else.

I personally make it a habit to go over on my protein and fiber daily! Works for me0

I wondered this too, but I found it's fine, for some reason MFP puts low protein values, but has good values of everything else, you should eat about 1/2 your body weight in grams of protein, so if you weigh 150 lbs you should eat at least 75 grams of protein.
And it doesn't really matter if you go over on that, unless you want to lose muscle because this will make you gain and maintain muscle more than eating less protein. just make sure that the amount of protein you're eating isn't making your other macros too low, I found I wasn't barely eating any carbs and a ton of protein so i balanced that out more.0 -
