Took a 3 or 4 day break?!? It was that TOTM - ate a lot & was stressed from work :\ Glad that's over with & I jumped right back in - completed day 5 level 2 & also did some extra cardio with Leslie Sansone. Feeling good!

Day 4 level 2 done!!!! :# I actually like this workout better. Even though I can't do the last jump rope and have to match it out cause I'm so out of breath! Intense, but good. Yup feeling the soreness in my upper back as well.

Day 2 level 2 done. I skipped yesterday :\ Level 2 is hard - and I don't ever remember planks ever being that bad! It would be so nice to someday do this workout to its fullest without a breather or some sort of modification. The abs are harder for me too - I'm just not that strong yet.

Same here - mental battle for me as well - it's that whole breathless I think I'm going to die feeling that holds me back. But then I say to myself - it's only 20 min of torture, lol....plus this board keeps me accountable. I have missed two days myself, so I totally understand! Happy <3 day- stay strong!!

Day 1 level 2 done! I had to do many modifications & it wasn't as easy as I thought it was going to be :# But still a good change up!

Day 10 done!! Took yesterday off too as I fell asleep early by accident. Looking forward to Level 2 :D

Day 9 done! Couldn't push myself to do back to back 30DS so late in the night so I just did one & 20 min Leslie Sansone.

Yuck - I hate Mondays! Long late meeting at work & totally not motivated to exercise today. I ate way too much candy :\ I know I should just change my clothes now & workout but I just don't feel like it. Will try for a double workout tomorrow - we will see what happens :p

My left knee suffered in the beginning, but it has been fine for the past week. I iced it a lot & was just about to buy a knee brace when it started feeling better. I only barely started doing the jump rope (and half the time I march in place) & the butt kicks. I also try to modify the squats like my friend Anita B)

Wow - day 8 done! I don't think I have ever exercised for more than 5 days in a row ever in my entire life :o Feeling encouraged by that! Am wondering if I should move onto the next level or stay at level 1 when the time comes. Maybe I'll watch level 2 first.

No - I was totally expecting some weight loss today since I feel I have been working so hard & had a really good week of food. I gained .4 - hopefully it comes off next week & some extra!

Day 7 done :D I am motivated to add in additional exercise and also did some extra cardio last night. Will try to incorporate at least three days a week in addition to 30DS. Feeling the soreness now that I upped the weights halfways.

The Good Bean flavored roasted chickpeas - super yummy and they come in lots of flavors - 120 cal for 1 oz. if you are in the states try looking at the discount stores for them on clearance. I often find them for $2-$2.50 a bag

Day 6 done!!!! I do like the repetitiveness because I like to know what's coming up. I'm still not able to complete without modifying a bit, but I'm ok with that. I'm using 3 lb & 5 lb weights now.

Day 4 done - wahoo!! Still not able to complete it at its fullest & doing modified versions, but still working hard!

Just doing the 20 min a day is just about what I can handle right now, although in the future I would love to incorporate kettle bell training

Day 3 down! I could do a little more of the cardio, but still had to march out about half of the jump rope. I'm doing modified push ups too, but they still feel like an accomplishment!

Day 2 down even though I didn't start until 10:20 pm. I can't seem to do the jump rope - mostly I just March in place for that. So far not really sore in the mornings, but my left knee is starting to feel it - I'm icing right now.

Day 1 down - I can't do the bicycle abs - the combo of my big stomach/big boobs does not leave much room for the motion :(. I had to stop short of most of the exercises. I'm so out of shape!! I'm using 3 lb weights and they are plenty heavy so far. Hope I can manage this!
