I'm a beauty consultant at Sephora and I would definitely recommend a primer. Wash your face, moisturize, and then use a Bare Essentuals Primer and it will create a smooth surface, and fill in pores and fine lines.

I usually do between 1200-1400. At the gym I do 2 hrs a day 6 days a week. Classes I do are Zumba, Bootcamp, Cardio strength intervals, and occasionally step!

I love swai!! What I do is spray a sheet of foil paper with olive oil spray, lay down the filet, sprinkle with Mrs. Dash, one cup of Birds Eye Asian Medley, and one tablespoon of light margarine or butter. I don't prepare different meals. I'm lucky that I don't have picky children or a picky husband. They all eat what I make, and if not it's cereal or sandwich (which NEVER happens). My husband and kids love my "healthier" cooking!!

Beat some egg whites in a bowl, dip the chops in the egg, then coat with Italian bread crumbs or Panko. Spray a baking sheet and the tops of the chops with olive oil spray and bake in the oven. I make this for my famliy! We love pork chop night!! :)

I've been weighing in every Sunday morning and if there is a loss, I definitely do a happy dance!!! The I run and start pouncing on the bed while my husband sleeps telling him how much weight I've dropped. LOL!!
