The pants I couldn't wear before starting are now fitting perfectly! I slid into them after the 5th day, and it was amazing! Just finished day 7. Looking forward to 30!

SQUATS ARE KILLER! My boyfriend and I will be doing day 5 tonight, and we FINALLY feel better after yesterday. The first three days are the hardest. Today was weigh-in, and I only lost a half a pound, but I'm so much stronger than I was only 5 days ago.

I'm 5'3", and was just able to slip into my 16's (US) for the first time in a few weeks. I'm at 217, and most of my weight is in my lower body. I'm pear-shaped.

I love H&M, Charlotte Russe, Wet Seal, etc. One place I REALLY love, but it's kind of hard to find is DEB. It has a lot of clothes for women of all sizes, so I never feel ridiculous going in there.

I'm a full-time student, and I work in retail. It gets quite stressful, but I make it work!

16.. And have been since 5th grade, or so. Ouch. Goal size? I'd be pretty happy at an 8 or 6. Fantasy size? Honestly, 6 would be that, haha.

I was pressed for time, and could only eat a vitatop and a banana. It sucked, but it was better than nothing! Usually, it's a nice bowl of multi-grain cheerios (or Kashi go lean), nonfat yogurt, a piece of fruit, and lots of water.

I'm a fan of the skinny chai lattes with sugar-free vanilla syrup. 200 calories. I know it's the chai mix that makes it so high, but I used to drink them with whole milk and regular vanilla. Eek!

Congratulations! I had a NSV today, too! I have this pair of jeans that was always pretty tight. I'd have a hard time moving around in them. Today, I put them on, and even though they're still a bit tight, my waist didn't feel like it was dying in it! I was so stoked.

I'm large framed (I measured my wrists at work one day. I'm not skinny, but my wrists are kind of bony), but I'm short, so when I lose, people can tell. So far, the weight has come off pretty easily. I'm sure that will slow down in the coming weeks.

I'll get a new wardrobe! My thing has been "I'm not going to buy clothes until I can't wear the ones I own, anymore!" Even then, I'm going to Goodwill until I reach my goal weight. It'll be nice to slip into a smaller pair of jeans at some point!

I honestly don't do much, but I've made changes to my everyday life to make a little something every day. I park far away from my classes and briskly walk to the building I need to be in. I just took my first Zumba class tonight, and it was SO MUCH FUN. I'm definitely planning on going back when work permits.. Whether it's the later class or the class I did tonight. I will find out how to do it at least once a week.

I'd love to join in on this. Full-time student and full-time worker. School starts on Monday, so I'm afraid of what it'll do to me, BUT I'm excited for some fitness classes that the gym offers! I'll do them, work permitting.
