So true! i remember the night i decided i had enough. i was sitting on the couch w/ my sister having a heart to heart. She told me that she knew I would do it someday...but it wouldn't be until I was really ready.

lambchoplewis is right! you can't wait for the mood to hit because, honestly, it may not ever. Change your clothes and go work out...whether you feel like it or not! Then you will start to get it back

I know how you feel! I get so impatient with this whole process. BUT sitting at home and being irritated WILL NOT get you where you want to be any faster. Stay strong and keep at it!!!

don't quit!!! you aren't going to be any better off...

the only way you are going to get over this is to just keep doing the things that make you uncomfortable. You won't get anywhere by avoiding gyms. You have to go in, zone out and do your thing. Remember that you are there, and that counts for something. People don't pay attention to others in there as much as I think we…

don't look at the big picture! you are right...thinking about losing that much weight IS daunting. Just don't go there. Do 10 or even 5 pounds at a time. Set small goals. Amazing!!! Friend me

I started at 262 in December of 2011. Last week I wore an outfit to work, and someone who has no idea how much I work out or how hard I've been trying told me I looked really good! That's 64 pounds later!!!!
-
definitely weird and sad, but you aren't doing this for them. And if no one ever says another word to you about how different you look, you still did what YOU had to to do! And you should always be proud of yourself for that!!!!
-
You can do it!!!! I started at 262 wanting to lose AT LEAST 100 pounds. I'm currently around 198. It has been a long journey but of course so worth it!!!! Get it girl!!!!

UGH I feel so bad for you because I know EXACTLY what you are going through! The urge is often overwhelming! Don't beat yourself up too bad though! It IS very possible for you to just say, "NO MORE!" And it probably won't be easy, but you have to start somewhere. And you have to start TODAY!!! Decide how bad you want this!!
-
You have had a LOT going on. Don't beat yourself up about the weight gain. Get things in perspective and realize YOU ARE STILL HERE!!!! You've survived in the trenches, and now you get to put your life back together. It's only up from here!!! Be good to yourself
