1 mile in the pool today - 3/4 mile swimming and 1/4 mile walking. So far, 1/25 miles completed for June. Now to figure out how to update my ticker!! :laugh:

I just found this challenge and it looks like great fun. I'm a swimmer and I walk in the pool too. I also walk outside and ride my bike. I'll start with 25 miles for the rest of the month and see how it goes. Looking forward to posting daily with all of you.

Yesterday was Day 9. 45 minute walk in the park. Today we are headed to the coast will hike and walk the beach this weekend. Trying to keep away from all Easter candy even my favorite Robin's Eggs. Going to stick to Boiled Eggs and away from the candy ones! Thinking health!:flowerforyou:

Technical difficulties kept me from posting...but not from exercising! Day 3: Did 65 minutes of Cardio/Pilates video yesterday. Were it not for this 21 day challenge, I'd probably have skipped yesterday because it was not easy or convenient to exercise. Lesson 1...I can have a busy day and still find time to work out. Feeling empowered!

@tazmak...I take a Zumba class in the pool a the local YMCA. Great fun and easier on the knees. Hope there is one near you!

Question...If I miss a day or two, do I start my count all over? If so, this is day 1, again, and I did 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of Pilates. Getting serious about writing down every morsel that enters my mouth. It is helping me eat less or at least better. Gotta think health!

I'm in. 3/15 is my Day 1. Did 1 hour of Pilates along with a 20 min walk. Tomorrow is my FAVORITE H20 aerobics class and I'll be there with a smile.
