    Tues - Pilates Reformer Class 60 mins.

    What would I have done differently? too much bedtime snack
    What is today's personal goals? eat in balance every meal/snack , stay low carb , step class at noon

    Water Zumba - now that is my speed!!! Sounds like a blast :happy: I tried regular zumba, stepped on my foot and almost fell on the floor...LOL

    What would I have done differently? not eat so many exercise calories (AGAIN)
    What is today's personal goals? check in and track calories. Had to commute to the office today to pick up my new laptop. I haven't been to the office in a year (I know... I am a very lucky lady. It's 1/1/2 hours one way on a good day). Went to lunch with my friends - had a nice salad and salmon (NO BREAD!!!). Still under calories for the day without exercise. Back to my usual schedule tomorrow!

    EASTER TEMPTATION ALERT! I'm sticking to boiled eggs for my celebration and staying away from the candy eggs and treats. Going to up the exercise this weekend to balance any overeating. Not just from Easter but also from our 22 Anniversary Celebration.:love:
