Did you stay within your nutritional goals? Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Yes but I missed yoga because of a work phone call
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? stayed under and did the elliptical for 40 mins
What would I have done differently? not eat back so many exercise calories
What is today's personal goals? check in, track calories and the elliptical. I will miss yoga today because my meeting was rescheduled. Boy do I hate when work gets in the way of my workouts :laugh:

It's 1/1/2 hours one way on a good day). Went to lunch with my friends - had a nice salad and salmon (NO BREAD!!!). Still under calories for the day without exercise. Back to my usual schedule tomorrow!
