Pilates Reformer DVD

Hello!

I just got a Pilates Reformer and I am super excited. My Reformer came with a DVD, but I am not sure I love it, I just think is not challenging enough for me. Do you guys have any suggestions for Reformer DVD or workout??

    Hi Analuu,
    I have a reformer at home and use it often. For me, Pilates is the best strengthening, flexibility and balance exercise that exists. For more options, check out PilatesAnytime.com. You can watch workouts online from several teachers and you can choose workouts that vary in both difficulty and pace. I also am a fan of the Stott Pilates DVDs. They have Reformer DVDs of several levels that are well paced and easy to follow. Enjoy your Reformer!!!
