I have a Kellogs Elevenses Raisin Bake (164 cals) and i cup of black coffee. Boom! It's like a slab of cake for breakfast.. and who can argue that that's not good! :o)

LOL that's hilarious! Am afraid you can't move the thumbnail around like you can with FB. My only suggestion would be to crop the photo to just show your face using another program and upload it again and make that one your main pic. Hope this helps x

Hi there, I'm only looking to loose about 10 lbs to a stone - wedding coming up and just want to to be happy with the photos. Plus my dress is very tight so i can't get away with having a tummy which sticks out a little bit under lots of ruffles! Good luck to you! And it's great that you want to stsy in shape!

I'd just say that you have certain intolerances and just make a bunch of really obscure things up... and ask for something simple like just the rice and broccoli. Either that or just say, 'sorry - i'm not eating that, my body is a temple' Job done! No one can force you to eat it and it's nor fair on yourself to be expected…

I just bought Just Dance for the Wii - I did 55 minutes of energetic dancing and got pretty hot and it burned of 250 calories. So much fun too! I do this when i get home from work if i haven't managed to get to the gym! Hope this helps! x

I tend to have low fat oven meals in the evening, but i bulk them up with lots of steamed veg. You're calorie intake wont increase by that much, but you're body wont go into starvation mode because you'll be vey full! Starvation mode only happens when you don't eat very much - hence starvation! Good luck! x

Can i just ask, why you stay up so late? If you know that you get the munchies late at night, it would make more sense to go to bed at a reasonable hour like 10pm.
