I cook every night from scratch and during the day I go through the internet to choose recipes for the food I have on hand.So every night I try a different low fat meal.

I find a variety of foods gives you a great boost I think having the same things all the time is boring.

I find that on a plate you have have a quarter of carbs,a quarter of protein and half of vegetables or salad and still lose weight

You may not have lost weight but have you lost inches, sometimes I find if I haven't lost weight I have found I have lost inches. Just keep going you will get there in the end. good luck

my son has this as well started when he was little it got so bad that he was vomiting.He is now in his late twenties and he has found that if he has any dairy products it comes back and he is always really sick. I count all fluid intake as water as long as it has water in it eg tea or coffee not everyone likes water

Hi I am 55 and fat too so I started this programme on monday and have found it really great to figure out what I am eating right and what foods are wrong

rub with olive oil and coat with cajun spice leave in fridge for at least twenty minutes. Grill until nice and golden. You can let this go cold and slice thinly and put in salad, or leave whole and use in a hamburger. Its really yummy
