you can use low calorie flour tortillas and make wraps and roll them and cut them into 1 inch pieces, its cheap too !

I feel that way too sometimes, I think that it's we are eating smaller meals and our stomachs are getting used to it, so when we try to feast lol we can't anymore.

I say that it wouldn't be rude at all, if they all love you then they would understand that you need to take a little time to keep up your progress! I am going out of town next week and I am worried about the same thing, but I won't be around my workout dvds so I am worried also about what to do. I say just do it !

Weighing in at 358, 2 pound loss this week ! I am glad to see all of the losses hopefully we will continue to see loss ! I barely missed the 3500, I got 3407 because I had to miss my workout this week, but I am so ready for the next challenge !

I myself have 150+ pounds to lose and it is so comforting to know that I am not alone. I just am so anxious to see where this road will take us ! I hope we all reach our personal goals and we will all be happier I know it !

I started the sweatin to the oldies videos again and I love them ! So far I have burned 2600 so I should have my 3500 burned by tonight if I do his workout today keep up the good work everyone !

I will do it I love the biggest loser too and I know that I have more than 15 pounds to lose but this is a great way to start ! :) What do we need to do to start it?

It could also be the muscle you are gaining, I heard from a friend that you gain muscle before starting to lose the fat... hope this helps :) I have been doing this for 10 days and haven't seen much difference on the scale either and I have cut my food dramatically .....

Screen Name: Fluffnstuff11 CW:360 GW by July : 300 I want to lose this weight by summer to have different options for clothes in the summer instead of trying to find clothes that fit or hide my fat. I plan on eating less than 1500 calories a day and burning at least 7-800 calories at workouts each day.

Me too ! I have always been around smaller people and it frustrates me ! I am glad that there are people going through this too and hopefully we can ALL have happy results at the end of our goals no matter how big or small they are !

It is funny how I have never really cared to look at the stuff like calories , I just wanted something for dinner and made it but right now I asked my husband what he wanted for dinner and he said "put the pizza in the oven" and I said no I will go over my calories. I hope he gets used to the new menus lol

I have wanted the lap band surgery for a couple of years now, I figure I will try it on my own first and if that doesn't give some great results then I can always look further into the surgery. good luck with getting it done !!
