Well done you! A great achievement!

Congrats, it's the mini goals that keep me going!
-
Well done you. This is so inspiring for me because 201lb was my starting weight and I'm looking to end up somewhere between 120 and 140 and I'm 5'4!
-
That's brilliant, I absolutely love it when you slightly miss food goals, but sit and think, I still made much more sensible choices than old me would have done. The 3 pounds loss is a lovely bonus!

DIfficult to see cos the pic is quite small but you can still see a difference. Massive congrats and keep pressing on!

Well done! Loving the NSVs

Enjoy the dress. Such a great treat!
-
Oh where did you get your 5k to 10k plan?
-
Alternating intervals is a really good idea, back to the gym tomorrow and that's what I'm going to do :D
-
Congratulations and keep it up!
-
Currently running at 8.5k/hr (5.2mph) so would need to get that up to 10k/hr (6.2mph) to get down to the 30 minute mark. Not impossible but it'll take time I think. Going at whatever pace you can is great, and as you say, you have to set your own goals!
-
I think my next goal might be 5k in 30 mins and then once I've got 5k in 30 then maybe aim for 6k in 35 or something like that!
-
Well done you!
-
Great! Well done you

I've made a couple of meals from this and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Time consuming but lovely low cal meals

Congratulations! 2 big achievements

Thank you. It was one of the first times I ever really felt in control of what I ate without being the one who cooked it! Such a great feeling.
-
