I ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes today. Absolutely delighted with myself as I've been on a two week break and so to come back and run 30 minutes in the gym was quite an achievement. Hopefully I can do the same again later this week! (staying away from home and so not really in control of what meals were served etc, that said I still lost 2lbs because I walked a lot and made sensible decisions - things like saying no to deserts and not snacking between meals).
