Another NSV yay!!!

So, for lunch I went and grabbed something quick it was still unhealthy but I did enjoy it, but best of all I didn't finish it, I stopped when I was full which is so hard for me to do when I go grab something it's different when I cook and have left overs but if I don't cook then most likely the food will get thrown out which just makes me feel awful so I would rather eat it than throw it out but today I just made myself stop when I was full and I'm not going to eat the rest of it I'm still struggling with it because to me it's awful to throw out food but I did it and I know it will be so much easier the next time that happens!!!
