Compare the labels and you'll see the difference.

I had the same problem while I was nursing, and for myself personally, I put off trying to lose weight until I was done nursing. While trying to lose weight and nurse, I wanted to eat all the time. I just quit nursing back in May (my daughter's 18 months now) and it's slowly coming off. How young is your child? I was told…

Punches are a great way to get in cardio.

I know I can work out BEFORE my appointment. No, they don't wash it first, I was told to come to the appointment with clean, dry hair, but I've been told in the past to have dry hair, that hasn't been washed.

After reading all of these, laughing at some, being grossed out by others, I'm glad my gym doesn't have locker rooms. Thankfully they only have private bathrooms with showers in them.

You are such a positive person, as a person who doesn't always have such a positive outlook on life, I am thankful to have you as a MFP friend. Thank you for the sunshine when my clouds sometimes get in the way.

I am a full-time student, have 2 young kids, work out 3-6 times a week, and I had my activity level as lightly active for the first 2 months. I was getting no where. I dropped my activity level to sedentary and the pounds are now coming off.

Is the issue that he just doesn't like them? If that's the case, have him try a small bit of a different veg every day. As for the fruits, I can't even fathom why someone doesn't like fruit.

The rain outside. (I wanted to go for a walk, but thunderstorms are scary here. If it were only raining, I'd do it.) Doing dishes. My neighbors yippy dog that barks ALL day long. (It makes it hard to concentrate on my school work.) That my printer died on me. (I have 2 papers to write and no way to print them.) That I had…

Do you eat breakfast? A lot of people don't realize that when they don't eat breakfast or put off eating breakfast that your body will store fat.

If you're just starting, it may take some time before you see results. People have these high expectations of wanting results RIGHT AWAY. Then they get discouraged when nothing happens or in some cases the scales go up. Give yourself and your body time. Be patient with it, it is making adjustments that need time.

It may smell good, but as I've recently experienced, once you haven't had it for a while, it doesn't taste as good and you'll regret eating it after.

It's not for everyone and you are entitled to your opinion. I use headphones when out walking for exercise because the music keeps me going. I keep my volume down enough so that I can hear what's going on around me. When I go for hikes in nature, I don't take music along with me, only when I'm exercising.

There are decent ways to get protein. Lentils are CHEAP and have a TON of protein. Quinoa is also a good plant source of protein. I make lentils and brown rice on a regular basis. You can add plain greek yogurt to give it a little tang and more protein. There are plenty of resources out there to help you find alternatives…

I use it in place of mayonnaise too. It's a wonderful thing.

Thank you. The work is being put off for a few more days and I'll probably just put it under moving furniture since it's more like that than cleaning.

Don't get down on yourself for not seeing any loss the first month, it's normal. Your body is building muscle and you may gain a few pounds.........that is until those new muscles REALLY start working and start burning the fat. You do deserve to reward yourself for sticking to your work out plan. So reward yourself…

NICE!!!!

DO NOT GIVE UP. It is NORMAL at the start of a new workout to gain weight. You are building muscle, it takes about 12 weeks before you will start to see a drop. Stay away from the scale and keep doing what you are doing. You will lose the weight. You are doing GREAT.
