I put it in as Circuit training, as that is essentially what it is, just without the machines. I started mine last Thursday, had to take Friday off because i couldn't walk :) So I am now on day 3....I want to see how this goes.

I use mine daily. I used my HRM to tell me what I was burning, as it depends on your weight and heart rate. I am at 203.5 lbs and in 45 minutes burn between 550 - 650 calories.

Finished at 207.... I will take it! Goal was very optimistic though. Will try again this month!

Thanks! They are really tasty. Been eating them that way for a while, plus, they keep a lot longer. Just wash them and put them in baggies in the freezer. Quick and easy snack. I do try to dry them a bit before they go in, otherwise you have a mass of grapes frozen together. :)

Frozen grapes work great... you have to eat them slowly, and you can only eat so many at a time. Also, they are sweet, so they cover a couple of bases. :)
