    Well done on coming back everyone that has!! thats ur first hurdle done and dusted!!! give ur self a pat on the back!!

    Well I have 77 people on our list for the challenge and Im waiting on 30 peoples stats - so we have over half - thats not too shabby! Some people still to wake up on the 1st as well. I will wait till this time 2morw to see the complete picture - I will send out reminders tonight to thoose who havnt posted!

    Do u listen to music when ur out walking or just let ur brain go in over time!! Or are u too busy watching the roads and u dont step out hehe!! :)

    Well u have done all you need to do to join all I needed ehere ur stats! just come back here on tuesdays and give me your weigh in :)

    You need to go to tools and then ticker to create the ticker - copy the code then go to community then signature and copy the ticker code in there and you can add text as well i fyou want :) xx

    Since I was unable to yesterday, I weighed in this morning and my weight is up a bit, which discouraged me. But I'm hoping its just water weight or the fact that I just started strength training more now that I can.

    Today's weight: 137.2 lbs
    Goal by end of month: 132 lbs
    Overall goal: 125 lbs
