I'm in... I haven't lost anything since I started, (starting right before TOM probably didn't help)... But I am gonna do it! I walked once last week (rain & yuck other days- and I was sick) but my goal is to walk to work twice this week- approx 7 miles a day total! I will post on March 1st! Good luck to all!0

OK so I am starting at 140lbs
hopefully better weeks than this last one - worked my butt off and under my calories every day and stayed the same weight as last week0 -

@madamelaporte : That happened me before... in fact 2 weeks in a row... and I got so frustrated I was giving it one more week before I threw in the towel and went out for a mountain of McDonalds. And then the third week I was down 5lbs..... You just cant tell how you're body is going to react to what you're doing. Only thing you can do is keep doing it and you WILL get results sooner or later0

thanks for the encouragement it is disheartening when you see no loss when you have worked so hard!
Also forgot to add my goal weight - going by whats happened this week Im going to set it a little lower than orginally planned (but still aim higher) so I am going to go for a goal weight of 135lbs - not much but hopefully will get there if i dont have more weeks like this0 -
