I'm a fan of some of the workouts available on fitness blender - i use them when i'll staying in hotel when away with work as i can access them from my laptop. They have a range of different programmes to suit all taste and fitness levels.

I love all three books and have made various recipes that are tasty and filling - the only things I've not really liked are the cakes, as although they have nice flavour it the texture that I didn't like!

You're missing out - i would describe it as having a nutty taste with a creamy texture (but texture can vary to be more chunky). Also you can get lots of differnet varieties that change the taste, i.e. roasted red pepper, chilli, lemon & coriander, etc. I've just had some for lunch - mixed it with grated carrot and used it…

Sweet potato and coconut soup - yum! 2 Sweet potatoes 1 medium onion 1 Litre chicken stock 1 tbsp thai curry paste 1 can coconut milk Juice 1 lime Peel and chop onion & sweet potato and add to pan with stock and curry paste. Simmer until veg soft. Add coconut milk and lime juice - blend until smooth. Makes 5 nice big…
