ok but how to resolve the odd looks when people ask why you're eating healthy? They roll their eyes and say I'm crazy. Really? I'm crazy for wanting to improve my body and not put garbage in it?? I just tried to moisten the sensor on the strap and it's still not reading my heart rate?

It takes alot of strong will. I'm trying to avoid parties and such to prevent this from happening. I have a date night with Hubby on friday and I'm going to try to limit myself to one or two glasses of red wine.

I did a zumba class last night and my polar heart rate monitor read for 60 mins 654 calories burned. I didn't push as hard as I usually do because I was sore!

I My daughter to bed at 9pm- (we start nightime routine at 8pm) she wakes up at 12am or 3am. LAst night it was both 12 and 3am... I usually go to bed when she does.
