I have been doing slim in 6 for about 3 weeks also. (second go at it) I also bought the slim series: theses workouts are way harder..... These dvd's are great. Every day you get a different workout. They are hard, the next day you def. feel in your arms and legs. Most of the videos target legs and abs but she puts in alot…

Thx for the reply's I know it has worked for some people. My thing is after you are on the same diet for a few months, you kind of get stuck. The scale kind of stays still. Hi I have been out of touch for a while. Looking for some advise, I have had shingles for about 2 weeks now, very painful. I was going to start working on my diet and exercise, but needed some help with my Immune System, getting it back on track. I am in my early 40's and my Dr. say's my Immune System is low. any advise

Maybe someone can give me some advise. If you eat carbs and protein separately, not in the same meal, would that help you to burn more fat? And of course , lose more weight.
