Working out to Slim in 6

This monday was my week 3 of the 6 week program.
For Ramp it up i enter: 37min of low impact aerobics and 10 min of strengthening
For Burn it up I enter 45 min of low impact aerobics and 10 min of strengthening.

I have been doing slim in 6 for about 3 weeks also. (second go at it) I also bought the slim series: theses workouts are way harder..... These dvd's are great. Every day you get a different workout. They are hard, the next day you def. feel in your arms and legs. Most of the videos target legs and abs but she puts in alot of differnt moves to give you and intense cardio as well. You should give them a try.0

How many videos? N how much are they? Aren't they like 60-80 minutes long??0
