Sweet potato fries... yum!!! - I used to eat them like you, but I will never go back to that. They are much better and much healthier this way! cut one potato into strips, put the strips in a ziplock bag add 2 tsp olive oil 1 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp salt, shake up until they are coated evenly. then bake at 425…

YUM!!!! Thanks for sharing this. :flowerforyou: I love stuffed peppers, but I'm always afraid to eat them because I'm not really sure what went into it. Haha

Yummmmmm This looks so good!

I love them both!! I'm not a big fan of JM's 3-2-1 system, but her videos No More Trouble Zones, Boost Metabolism and Killer Abs are pretty great. NMTZ is a 45 strength workout ... you will be so sore after! and BM is 45 of cardio. it was a great precursor to Insanity! I'm doing Insanity now and I love love love Shaun T!…

The boost metabolism is a great cardio dvd and no more trouble zones is great for toning! They're great paired together yoga meltdown is pretty good too

I started on April 9th! I'm starting Week 2 tomorrow!

A lot of people move onto Insanity: The Asylum pt 1 and pt 2 P90X maybe? I've also heard about Focus T25 which looks like a great workout. But, I don't know when they are actually going to release it.

It's completely normal! This first week is definitely the hardest to get through... Once you do the warm up and stretch, your muscles will loosen up and by the end of the week the stiffness should be gone. Make sure you are eating enough calories (protein!) during the day along with plenty of water. If the soreness is…

You should definitely get one. I debated about buying one for awhile and finally just did. I use it ALLLL the time and I wish I had gotten it sooner. Mine was only $20 and it's small enough that I can keep it on the counter and not really notice it. It's one of the best things I've gotten!

Jillian Michaels No More Trouble Zones, Boost Metabolism, Killer Abs and Yoga Meltdown. They're all great workouts by JM. Insanity is great, but very challenging

I've never had any problems... its always been authentic. Plus, Ebay has buyer protection!

Have you tried Mio or Dasani drops? There's no calories and i've heard they're pretty good.

When I tried to do Insanity the first time, I followed the meal plan. This time around I'm just eating balanced meals and keeping to my calorie goal. I take a few ideas from the nutrition plan, but I've found that I eat more variety if I don't follow it. Shakeology is awesome! It is expensive, but it gives me more energy…

I'm on Day 5 today! Add me :) I'm also re-starting... didn't make it through the first time around

Last summer I tried Insanity and got to about 25 days ... then I quit. I've been doing a lot of Jillian Michaels workouts (No more trouble zones (great workout!), boost metabolism, killer abs and yoga) they're great workouts and easy to stick with because they aren't completely draining. However, I love Insanity. I've…
