I make these as dessert muffins. I use a sugar free Pillsbury devils food cake mix and 1 small can of pumpkin, NO water. It make 12 muffins. Unfortunately, they go stale before I can finish them.

With slow cookers, do you put in the meat raw or pre-cooked?

I went on one years ago and remember the different buffet tables...there was one area with nothing but fruit. Pineapple, strawberries, mangos, etc. Just make wise choices.

It changes everyday, which is why Subway is awesome!!! $5.30 for lunch and dinner. Does anyone remember the chicken salad with grapes n stuff in it from last year? I really hope they bring it back, even if it is high in calories!!! yum!

I just joined curves this weekend! I had my first workout Saturday at 9am and then worked an 11 hour shift on my feet! I was sore!!! Maybe this is obvious to others, but I recently learned you're not supposed to keep your scale in the bathroom. The humidity ruins it. I've had two scales go bad where the numbers fluctuate.

Wasa crisp n light crackers. They are the size of a grahm cracker but have just 20 calories! Ill eat them plain, or add a laughing cow cheese wedge with some veggies.
