  • I do egg-white omelettes. You can do a huge one filled with veggies and even some cheese and still keep it under 300 calories. I cheat a little and buy cartons of egg whites from the store. If I had to take the time to separate them, I wouldn't do it! :-)

  • Herbalife shakes taste really good. 17g protein for around 170 cals. What I think is even better, they also have a wild berry beverage mix that I think tastes great. That's 15g for only 70 cals. Great after a workout, because it's just a fruity drink. I can't stand stuffing my face after working out! :-)
