I'm trying to walk for 5 miles on my treadmill 6 days a week. This morning I walked for 3 miles. I would have done more but I had to get my daughter up for school. So after working 10 hours later I'm going to walk the other 2 miles. My goal is to get all 5 miles in the morning. I just started on saturday.

I know how you feel i've lost any weigh. But my clothes have been fitting better. I just want the number to go on the scale. sick of seeing the same number (150) and i'm 5 foot tall ugh. I feeel like giving up I don't want to start over again. I guess I got to be patient.

I've been on this site for about 3 weeks now. I've been pretty much stuck on the same weigh for about 3 weeks. In a way I feel like giving up. I try to weigh myself once a week. But I usually end up doing it more. My goal is lose about 35 pounds and firm up.

my goals are to lose aleast 5 pounds been going and down for a while. Keep doing cardio 5-6 days a week. Get to a higher speed on my treadmill burn more calories lift more weighs. keep on track eating healthy food.

yep .i can relate to you. I weigh myslef aleast every day or every other day. I'm getting a little better at it though. I probably should hide the thing. it's only a number. i've been feeling better since i started exercising 5 -6 days a week.

For my exercise i've been walking on my treadmill and doing workout dvd's also I've been lifting weighs. I do cardio for aleast 30 minutes 5 days a week. I also drink alot of water. I eat alot of fruit and veggies and protien shakes.

yep. me too. I try to stay off the scale. it will say I've gained 2 pounds in a couple of days. Then it say I lost one pound. I try to weigh myself once a week.

I have a calendar and at the begininng of the month i put my goals on there and write on it all of the exercises i want to do and my rest days. So before i go to bed every night I look to see what I have to do in the morning. I also give myself a dollar every time I do what is on my calendar.

I didn't work last week because I had a cold. I drank alot of extra water.

yep. I get on here a few times a day . I work at home.

I always feel so much better after I workout.

'im having a off day today. can't workout in the morning until Thursday ( she doesn't have school ) because where i work out is below where my daughter sleeps. I'm in a bad mood today.

I'm thinking about doing insanity. I've been turbo fire dvd's. But this morning I walked on my treadmill for 40 minutes. I love exercising in the morning I have alot of energy all day long.

Not having alot of energy. I usually get realy tired around 2 every day. Wearing the same old clothes that I've worn for years. I don't wear jeans because I never can get a pair to fit me right. I wesr sweatpants every day.

I just started juicing yesterday. I juiced some carrots with strawberries, cherries, blueberries and grapes . I didn't add any sugar and I was surprised how good it was. Even my daughter like it and she is a teenager.

I'm Marie I'm going to start juicing later today. This time with veggies. I did fruit before and it was really good. I've been so diappointed about losing weight lately iv'e benn working my butt off and have't lost a pound then gained it back. (so easy to do)
