I just had some halo top tonight and thank goodness for it. Pms ice cream cravings hit like a truck but I ate half the pint and was satisfied. I tried cookies and cream but birthday cake is the real winner of the flavors I've tried. Soooo good. Tastes like frosting and dreams.

for me its cereal, pasta, fried food, cookies because the are low on my dessert list and i can eat 400 of them frappuchinos and whipped cream on coffee. things that ARE worth all of the calories to my personal tastes are iced soy lattes, guacamole, peanut butter, pizza, brownies, chinese food.

I started out at i think 1500 a day and as i lost mfp took me lower. I'm 5'9 and 150 pounds. I'm close to done losing and now i just kind of wing it. honestly I didn't really do much besides blogilates abs videos and a lot of cardio! Even when i was big i had a exaggerated hourglass figure so when i lost weight it made it stick out more.

I'm 5'9. Also i fogot to mention the first two i was around 250 in. I literally have no pictures from when i was my highest weight because i avoided it like the plague.
