I have the same problem but I tend to drink more from a straw and also I have a couple sensitive teeth so I drink it luke warm. I am up to about half the amount that I am suppose to drink but I figure it's better than nothing. Try a straw!! :drinker:

Hey, everyone has to reevaluate what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong. Ya just keep on trying and fine tuning. I keep telling myself "If I don't keep trying - then what is the alternative?" A half a pound is going in the right direction! Here's a pat on the back! :drinker:

I lost 4 pounds! If that's fat, water or air - I lost it and feel better in my jeans. I use 1200 calories. I like cut up cauliflower and hummus - but you have to measure out the hummus for 1 serving or else you can really take in quite a few too many calories if you dip right into the container. I like the combo of creamy and crunchy.
